Managing Principal of TMG Strategists, LLC, Elizabeth (Beth) Morgan has over 15 years of hands-on experience leading and supporting management teams in the execution of business strategies. Prior to starting her own practice, Beth managed field and corporate Human Resources departments in the private sector. She is an expert at diagnosing organizational issues and driving change initiatives to achieve maximum return on human capital.
Most recently, Beth lead a national HR team within Operations, Technology, and Data at The Hartford Financial Services Group. In this role she supported lines of business CIOs in the Group Benefits and Personal Lines insurance practices and designed and executed workforce strategies that delivered consistent business results.
As Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources, at Guy Carpenter which is of the Marsh McLennan Companies, Beth was responsible for leading the HR team in the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific Regions. She led a wide range of department initiatives including restructuring the HR organization. She also greatly expanded the company’s College Recruiting and Development program, now considered a benchmark within the reinsurance industry.
Prior to joining Guy Carpenter, Beth spent 11 years at ARAMARK in a number of leadership roles. While there, Beth started an Accounting Representative Program for early career professionals. She was also part of the initial management team that implemented an innovative work re-design program called Interserv™ at hospitals in The University of Pennsylvania and Yale/New Haven Health Systems. In addition, Beth spent several years managing the labor relations efforts with ARAMARK healthcare accounts and Union 1199C in Philadelphia, PA.
Beth has a Master of Science in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from The University of Connecticut in Storrs, CT. She also holds the SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) designation and is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).
